End-to-End Workflow

 Inquiry & Artwork Review

We start with your specs, quantity, target finish, packing requirement, and deadline. A practical artwork review confirms feasibility and highlights what impacts appearance and consistency in bulk.

· Product type and structure (pin/coin/medal/badge or other metal craft)

· Relief/detail clarity requirements (where applicable)

· Finish expectation and surface appearance standard

· Color steps (enamel/printing) if needed

· Packing and distribution plan

Mockup & Quotation

You receive a clear quote and a production plan summary aligned to your requirements. If anything impacts cost or timeline (finish complexity, packing, color steps), it’s confirmed upfront.

Sampling

Sampling is recommended for buyer onboarding and bulk programs that require strict appearance consistency. Bulk production follows the approved sample standard.

Tooling & Preparation

For custom shapes and structures, tooling preparation is arranged to match the approved design requirements.

Forming

This is where the metal structure is formed. The forming method is selected based on artwork, structure, and detail needs.

· Structure stability

· Relief clarity and line definition (where applicable)

Polishing & Surface Preparation

Surface preparation is the foundation of “clean finishing.” This step affects edge definition, surface smoothness, and final appearance consistency in bulk.

Finishing (Plating / Surface Finish)

Finishing is matched to the approved sample. We focus on stable appearance and controlled standards across bulk output.

 Printing / Coloring

When artwork requires printing or enamel-style color steps, we apply the correct process and confirm appearance against approved standards.
