Are custom medals produced on your in-house production lines in BD?
Yes. Key steps are run in our BD workshop, including metal forming, polishing & surface prep, finishing, QC checkpoints, and packing for bulk shipment.
What information do you need to quote a medal project accurately?
Size (mm/inch), quantity, design/artwork, finish preference, ribbon requirement (yes/no), and your deadline. A reference photo is enough if artwork isn’t final.
Can you support deadline-driven event programs?
Yes. Share your needed-by date and quantity. We’ll confirm a practical production plan including sampling (if required) and packing for delivery.
Do you offer ribbons and complete medal sets?
Yes. We can support ribbon options and set packing. Tell us your preferred ribbon width/length and whether you need individual packing.
How do you keep bulk medals consistent—especially for repeat runs?
Bulk production follows the approved sample standard. We run QC checkpoints during key stages and perform final inspection before packing to support reorder consistency.
What finishing options can you support for medals?
Common finishes include gold, silver, nickel, antique, and black nickel (as requested). We match finishing to the approved sample to keep the look stable in bulk production.
Can you add color details on medals (enamel or printing)?
Yes. Enamel/printing options depend on the artwork and the medal design. Provide your color references (Pantone if available) for faster review.
What packing options are available for bulk medal orders?
We support export-ready packing for bulk shipment, including carton protection and labeling coordination when needed. Individual packing options can be arranged upon request.
Can you share production-line photos or videos for buyer review?
Yes. Workshop photos/video can be shared upon request during production for buyer review and internal approval.
Can I start with a sample before mass production?
Yes. Sampling is available. Once the sample is approved, mass production follows the approved specifications.
