Yes. Key steps run in our BD workshop, including forming, polishing/surface prep, finishing, QC checkpoints, and packing. Enamel/printing is used when the design requires it.
What do you need to quote custom challenge coins accurately?
Coin size, thickness (if known), quantity, finish preference, edge preference (if any), color steps (enamel/printing), deadline, and artwork/reference image.
Can you support custom edge options for challenge coins?
Yes. Share the edge style you want or a reference photo. We’ll confirm feasibility based on size and design.
Can I approve a sample before mass production?
Yes. Sampling is available. Bulk production follows the approved sample specifications.
