General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Custom Dream website and to inquiries, quotations, samples, and custom manufacturing orders placed with us.

Custom Dream provides custom metal craft manufacturing services for business customers, organizations, brands, and other clients. Any additional terms agreed to in writing for a specific order will also apply to that order.

Custom Orders

Our products are made to customer specifications. Product details may include artwork, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, thickness, packaging, and other agreed features.

• Customers should provide clear and accurate design files and product requirements.
• Custom products may differ slightly from screen previews due to material, production methods, and display settings.
• Any changes after design approval may affect the price, production time, or delivery date.
• Order details should be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices are based on the product design, size, material, production process, order quantity, finishing options, packaging, and shipping requirements.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quote. If no validity period is stated, please confirm the price with us before placing an order. Additional design changes, tooling, special packaging, or shipping services may result in extra costs.

Samples and Approval

Depending on the order, we may provide a digital proof, a physical sample, or both for customer review.

Customers are responsible for checking the approved design, spelling, dimensions, colors, logos, and other product details before production. Production based on an approved proof or confirmed specification will follow that approval.

Any sample fees, tooling fees, or revision charges will be communicated as part of the quotation or order confirmation.

Payment Terms

Payment methods, deposits, balances, and payment deadlines will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.

Production may begin after the required payment and design approval have been received. Delayed payments may affect production scheduling or shipment arrangements.

Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, taxes, or import duties will be handled according to the agreed order terms and applicable law.

Production and Delivery

Production time depends on the design, order quantity, sample approval, materials, and manufacturing requirements. Any estimated lead time will be communicated during the quotation or order process.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in writing. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping methods, delivery costs, tracking details, and responsibility for customs clearance will be determined by the agreed shipping terms for each order.

Quality and Inspection

Custom Dream aims to manufacture products according to the confirmed specifications and approved design. Customers should inspect delivered goods within a reasonable period after receipt.

If products appear defective or do not match the agreed specifications, please contact us with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or videos.

We will review the reported issue and discuss an appropriate solution in accordance with the order agreement and applicable law. Normal production variations that fall within agreed tolerances do not automatically constitute defects.

Returns and Refunds

Because custom products are made to customer specifications, they may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer needs them.

If an order has a verified manufacturing defect or a material deviation from the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.

Refunds, replacements, rework, and other resolutions will depend on the circumstances, the agreed order terms, and applicable consumer and commercial laws. Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain responsibility for ensuring that they have the right to use the logos, artwork, trademarks, designs, and other materials they submit to Custom Dream.

By submitting these materials, customers authorize us to use them only as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, manufacture the ordered products, and fulfill the order.

Customers must not submit materials that infringe another party's intellectual property rights. Any ownership or licensing terms relating to custom designs, molds, tooling, or production files should be agreed upon in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate order information, review proofs carefully, make payments as agreed, and respond to requests for approval in a timely manner.

Customers are also responsible for confirming any product labeling, safety, import, export, or regulatory requirements that apply to their intended market and use, unless another responsibility is expressly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Dream will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or an order, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and any written order agreement.

Privacy

We may collect information that customers provide when submitting inquiries, requesting quotations, or placing orders. We use this information to respond to requests, communicate about orders, provide services, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Changes to These Terms
